Orencio Cardenas, president of the Christian Chamber of Greater Miami (CCoGM), recently announced that “An Evening To Remember” Networking event for all businessmen and women in the community will take place on Thursday, Apr. 18, starting at 6:30 p.m., at the new Dadeland Hilton Hotel at Baptist Hospital.
In making the announcement Cardenas said, “It is our goal to offer an alternative place to South Floridians, where Christian values in the workplace are promoted. We accomplish this by building relationships between Christian business people as well as Christian businesses.”
He added that the networking event is open to all, both Christians and persons of other faiths.
The Christian Chamber of Greater Miami was founded five years ago by Kent Crook, owner of KC Electric Company, to unite the professionals in our business community through the principles taught by Jesus Christ. Membership in the chamber provides opportunities to participate in events designed to help the local community, while at the same time affording each member a chance to meet like-minded business men and women, thereby building unique faith-based relationships.
“An Evening to Remember” Networking Night will consist of complimentary appetizers, a cash bar, door prizes, a featured guest speaker and plenty of free parking. The 184-room hotel is located at 9100 N. Kendall Dr., and is a full-service hotel offering signature services of Hilton Hotels and Resorts with a distinct focus on wellness.
