The Deering Estate Foundation announces the fourth Chef’s Table on the Bay – An Asian Inspired Evening

The Deering Estate Foundation is pleased to host Chef’s Table on the Bay – An Asian Inspired Evening, an outdoor dining experience on Friday, March 24th, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Deering Estate. Throughout the night, guests will be able to stroll the grounds, enjoy live music, take in the beauty of the Deering Estate, and indulge in exceptional food with good company.  

The event will begin with a cocktail hour on the lawn featuring Asian inspired beverages, small bites and raw bar sponsored and prepared by Golden Rule Seafood before moving on to an exclusive five-course gourmet dinner by renowned Chef Pablo Zitzmann of the critically acclaimed Zitz Sum restaurant in Coral Gables.  Chef Zitzmann is a Michelin Bib Gourmand and a James Beard Semifinalist. Michael Hupka, of Breakthru Beverage, will provide wine pairings and education for each course and finish out the evening with specialty coffees. 
 
Tickets are $175 per person for members and $200 per person for non-members. Tickets are limited and can be purchased online. All proceeds will benefit The Deering Estate Foundation’s community, conservation, and cultural programming.
