“I’ve worked for and with Fortune 50 Companies in my career and have spent the last 15 years helping thousands of Latinas maximize their potential to earn more money, multiply and protect their money. Imagine the impact on your career, business, and finances if I could do that for you in just one day?”, says Frances Rios, founder of LatinaNext™ Foundation and Women Who Lead Summit.
This event is all about taking it to the NEXT level no matter where you are in your career. The fact is that over 90% of men play golf and are making major business deals on the Golf Course or C-Suite. Meanwhile most women are still sitting behind a desk waiting for deals to come to them. This event will bring those deals directly to them and give them the tools and training to take that next step towards a secure financial future.
This year the focus will be on MONEY and how and where to invest and grow your money. And what better location than in Miami where it can reach even more women and amplify its power via Miami’s inherent connectivity as an international business hub. Proceeds from the event will benefit LatinaNext™ Foundation, the now Miami-based non-profit that has made huge strides elevating women via mentoring and workshops for over 15 years.
The Hotel Intercontinental is the perfect location for this groundbreaking event thanks to its beautiful backdrop in Downtown Miami, state-of-the-art amenities, abundance of nearby hotels, and it’s proximity to public transportation. This event would not be possible without our sponsors and community partners including Santander Bank, Grand Centenario Tequila, University of Miami, MusiCasa, Fivvy. Scalto, Delta/Latam Airlines, and Walmart.
LatinaNext™ Foundation is a 501c3 whose mission is to promote financial wellness for all Latinas through development programs, coaching, and signature events. We are dedicated to helping women rewrite their financial destiny with a focus on empowering Latinas in business. We believe that businesses need to realize the power of Latinas with over $1.4 trillion in purchasing power in the US alone, yet still they represent less than 1% of their Board and C-Level positions. We want businesses to promote Hispanic women to leadership roles and realize the impact it can have on their productivity and bottom line. For more information visit www.LatinaNext.org.
Women Who Lead Summit-Miami Edition will take place Friday May 4th from 8-4pm at the Hotel InterContinental Miami located at 100 Chopin Plaza Miami, FL 33131.
