Joining a growing list of successful original programs produced by the award winning MBTV, the in-house City of Miami Beach television station, viewers can now watch the latest episode of “On The Frontline.”
In a reality-style format reminiscent of the hit CBS show, Undercover Boss, “On The Frontline” features Miami Beach City Manager Jimmy L. Morales as he spends a day-in-the-life of various city employees to learn first-hand the duties, expectations and challenges faced by his staff. It’s a way for this city leader to gain a better understanding of the needs of his team and also improve overall operations.
In the latest episode of “On The Frontline,” Morales joins members of the Miami Beach Police Department to walk the beat, go behind the scenes to areas usually off-limits to the viewing public and gets several lessons in what it takes to be a successful law enforcement agency.
No department is off limits! Episodes of “On The Frontline” have featured Morales getting down and dirty cleaning streets with employees from the Sanitation Department, changing tires with members of the Fleet Maintenance staff and making the rounds with members of the Code Compliance Department.
