Village’s first Art by the Bay of 2023 schedules two eventsArt by the Bay returns to Thalatta Estate on Thursday, Feb. 9, with a chance for participants to create their own work of art in the picturesque setting. The village’s bayside park will host the event from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on that evening, with a second opportunity coming up on May 11.

Local artist Juan “Frank” Miranda, whose work was exhibited by ArtSouth at Perrine Community House in January 2021, will provide step-by-step instructions, and art supplies are included in the $15 per person admission cost. The event is open to participants of all ages and abilities, but space is limited so staff advises anyone interested to register as early as possible.
