Palmetto Bay residents who had downed branches or flooding during the recent tropical disturbance, or who expect to have these issues during the next hurricane or big storm, may want to download the village’s “Street by Street” app to their cell phone to be prepared.
The app allows residents to report storm debris, downed power lines, flooding and other safety problems in an easy and quick manner directly to village staffers.
The app is easy to download and easy to use. Simply scan the QR code to download Street-by-Street to your iPhone or Android device. Once downloaded, click on the “Start Request” button to report any issues or concerns.
With this app, you have the ability to make a request at any time throughout the day. If you decide to sign-up, you will be able to track the progress of your request. Staff will communicate with you until the issue has reached a resolution.
