This week Commissioner Souto would like to recognize a restaurant that has been in business for over 40 years. Rio Cristal is located in the heart of Westchester, 9872 Bird Road. It is world famous for their steak and mountain of fries, very thinly cut. Their food is delicious. They are rated one of the best Cuban restaurants in South Florida. Rio Cristal is open Monday-Sunday from Noon till 10 PM. Commissioner Souto would like to wish them many more years of success.
