Family-friendly ‘Spooky Night’ returns to MDC’s Kendall Campus on Oct. 26

The annual family-friendly “Spooky Night” is back at Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Kendall Campus, Track (located near the Gymnasium, Building 7000), 11011 SW 104 St., on Friday, Oct. 26, 4:30-8:30 p.m., with entertainment, games, storytelling, arts and crafts, costume contests, and more.

This year, proceeds will benefit Friendship Circle Miami, a non-profit, community-based volunteer organization dedicated to offering friendship and acceptance to children, teens, and young adults with special needs regardless of their disability. This year’s supporting sponsor is Nicklaus Children’s West Kendall Outpatient Center.

Spooky Night is geared toward families and serves as a fun and safe alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. There will be an admission fee of $5 per family to benefit Friendship Circle Miami.

Community partners include the Miami-Dade Public Library System, Zoo Miami, Miami South BMX, Main Street Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics, Miami-Dade Police and Fire Rescue, The Children’s Trust, and more.

Free parking will be available in Lots 4 and 16. Food will be available for purchase.

Dress up for the event and participate in the annual costume contest.
