It is almost 18 months since Flightserve USA joined an impressive list of luxury sponsors and corporate donors from around the globe who share Baptist Health South Florida as a cause they support through Baptist Health Foundation.
The global charter Aviation Company and Baptist Health announced a five-year sponsorship in 2016, which made Flightserve USA the “Official Aviation Transport Partner of Baptist Health South Florida.”
During the past year since service launched, Flightserve USA have transferred patients and donors to and from destinations from Palm Beach to the Florida Keys, improving access to the newly opened Miami Cancer Institute and throughout the network of Baptist Health hospitals, and providing a time saving and valuable service for passengers in South Florida. Flightserve USA also offers fixed wing charter service for passengers requiring jets for business, leisure and for critical transport.
The helipad at Baptist Hospital has been available for use for the past 50 years, and the partnership has expanded the use of of non-emergency medical transport for patients for healthcare appointments.

Flightserve USA continues to offer Baptist Health’s Giving Society and all other patients and donors a premium and dependable concierge transport service.
Flightserve USA was established through a unique partnership with Baptist Health South Florida to provide a groundbreaking premium non-emergency medical transfer via helicopter charter. This new service offers Baptist Health’s Giving Society members and other Baptist Health patients a private concierge aviation transportation service to and from Baptist Health hospitals and their network/affiliates to local communities and beyond, with the first route to Miami Cancer Institute.
The expansion of Flightserve UK into the USA with Baptist Health South Florida as a partner is a natural progression, given Flightserve’s reputation and expertise in emergency and non-emergency medical air charter in the UK and worldwide.
Flightserve USA offers Baptist Health patients an on-demand 24/7 operation for air charter and air ambulance globally, providing white-label services for global air charter, medical and passenger, and helicopter charter to members of Baptist Health’s Giving Society. Since Baptist Health retains the relationship with Giving Society members even if they historically do not utilize private charter service, this innovative service is still a value-add in case of unforeseen travel or health emergencies.
Baptist Health will be adding this premium service to its current concierge menu for members in an environment in which private aviation is on the increase and an expected service in a concierge offering.
