Kendall Bonefish Grill debuts its new look

Bonefish Grill, the wood grilled fresh fish experts, is celebrating fall in an incredible way with the unveiling of the newly remodeled Kendall restaurant located at 12520 SW 120 St. The new contemporary interior design offers a warm and elegant space that is sophisticated and inviting.

The main dining room showcases an extraordinary bonefish sculpture made of stainless steel and sequined scales that glisten in the light while the atmosphere features a contemporary blend of warm earthy tones, golden hardwood accents, natural materials and metallically embellished wood flooring.

Rows of cylindrical pendant lights are etched to depict mangrove trees, a personification of the restaurant’s heritage, that shine light through the branches to provide a seamless barrier between the bar and main dining room.

“We’re looking forward to providing the Kendall community with continued exceptional service, delicious seafood and other wood-grilled fare in a revamped, sophisticated ambiance,” said Everett Wheatley, Kendall managing partner.

The Bonefish Grill dining experience originated upon the premise of simplicity and consistency. The restaurant specializes in market-fresh fish prepared to order over a wood-burning grill, giving the fish a savory, even cook. In addition, menu categories include Wood-Grilled Steak and Chops, Signature Starters and Bowls such as Spicy Tuna served with premium grade sesame-seared Ahi Tuna and passion fruit salsa for a complimentary combination of flavors.

Bonefish Grill also focuses on seasonal dishes including stone crab claws locally sourced and served straight from the Florida docks. They’re served chilled, cracked and by the pound with Bonefish Grill’s signature house made mustard sauce for an incredibly fresh and flavorful experience.

Bonefish Grill’s fall menu includes craveworthy dishes like Saucy Shrimp, a classic guest favorite featuring sautéed shrimp in a lime tomato garlic sauce with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese, Swordfish + Pumpkin Ravioli, with feta, crispy onions and truffle butter and Oscar Mahi Mahi, grilled, topped with lump crab, asparagus and lemon butter sauce. Guests can pair these harvest favorites with the Fresh Pear Martini or Fall Apple Martini, ripe for the picking and featuring the best flavors of fall.
