Albert E. Rose, CCE has been named President and Chief Operations
Officer of University Credit Union. In his new position, Rose has the
responsibility and accountability for the operations of the $263mm
University Credit Union, overseeing the finance, lending, information
technology, account operations, compliance and collections areas. He will also assist the chief executive officer in the overall credit union leadership, executive and administrative matters.
“Albert Rose has shown the desire, fortitude and capability to move
University Credit Union forward. His experience and intellect will serve the
members, community, board and team members well, now and in the
future,” said Michael J. Welch, Sr., Chief Executive Officer of University
Credit Union.
Rose’s previous role at University Credit Union was Executive Vice
President & Chief Operations Officer. Previously, he served as Vice
President of Lending Operations with Dade County Federal Credit Union.
He also has experience in the commercial real estate market in South
Florida. Albert holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from
Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
