The Brothers of the Iota Pi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. recently partnered with Devon Aire K-8 Center to conduct the school’s annual Holiday Toy Wish event. During the event, the groups were able to distribute nearly 800 toys to children from grades pre-kindergarten through second grade at Leisure City Elementary School. In total, the Holiday Toy Wish event was successful in spreading holiday cheer to nearly 400 youth residents of the Leisure City community. Students from Devon Aire also received community service hours for their participation with this activity.
