ANF, a full-service construction and development firm, recently celebrated a major milestone with the topping out of Southpointe Vista Phase II, an affordable housing development in Goulds in south Miami-Dade County. Developed by McDowell Housing Partners, the project introduces 208 new units to the neighborhood to address the need for affordable housing.
“We are thrilled to be reaching this milestone on this transformative, multi-phase community in Miami-Dade County,” said Al Fernandez, CEO of ANF. “This accomplishment reflects our entire team’s dedication to delivering housing for our client and our community.”
Continuing its partnership with McDowell Housing Partners (MHP), Southpointe Vista Phase II will introduce an additional 208 units within a 12-story building, further advancing the effort to provide high-quality affordable housing to households earning between 30 percent and 70 percent of the Area Median Income. A new pedestrian paseo will seamlessly connect both phases and their respective parking garages, fostering a unified, community-centered environment.
“This development is our long-standing commitment to creating housing solutions that uplift communities and enrich the lives of residents,” said Jessie Reyes, senior vice president of construction for McDowell Housing Partners. “We remain committed to addressing the housing crisis in Miami-Dade County as we near completion of Phase II.”
The community will feature thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments, offering spacious kitchens with granite countertops, tile backsplashes, upgraded LVP flooring, walk-in closets, and in-unit washer/dryers. Enhanced community amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center, game room, media center, cybercafé, and bocce ball court adjacent to Phase I.
Southpointe Vista Phase II builds on the success of Phase I, which was completed earlier this year. Completion of Phase II is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
