Cancer survivor Mia Miller, 5, has a laugh with her mom, Irene Caleca, during the American Cancer Society’s East Kendall Relay for Life at Baptist Hospital on Mar. 9. The event raised more than $235,000 for the Society’s research, education and patient services. It was the eighth consecutive year that Baptist Hospital hosted the East Kendall Relay on its campus. They were among 4,000 people who participated in the fundraiser and survivor celebration on the hospital’s campus.
