Constituents of Miami-Dade County District 11 Commissioner Joe Martinez now can download an app to get immediate access to useful information as well as to report problems and concerns.
The new District 11 app, available for free on both Google Play and the Apple Store, will let residents find out about local events, nearby schools, parks and their amenities, events, public transportation and more.
The app also allows residents to report and send pictures of a problem. The report goes directly to Commissioner Martinez’s staff for subsequent followup.
“It’s exciting to see our efforts to keep residents connected come to fruition,” said Commissioner Martinez, who represents the West Kendall area.
