The old adage that “everyone’s a winner” certainly rang true at a recent network luncheon the Greater Kendall Business Association (GKBA) held at Palms Golf and Country Club.
As well as providing businesses with an enterprising forum in which to network and build profitable relationships, GKBA’s luncheon gave one lucky member a $2,000 prize, consisting of free Sandler sales training courtesy of Absolute Sales Development Inc.
Claimed by Joy Schaaffe, a certified OED (Organization for Entrepreneurial Development) advisor, the prize was presented by founder and president of Absolute Sales Development Inc. Antonio Garrido who recently joined the GKBA and is now a member of the association’s Education Committee. The sales training will commence early this year and will extend to several of OED’s leading clients.
“Being a member of GKBA has certainly helped boost my business connections and develop relationships with a diverse range of companies,” Schaaffe said. “It has also provided a platform from which to promote the services of OED and our mission to help entrepreneurs with the resources necessary to establish, grow and profit from their businesses.”
