The newest installment of the brand promises a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Recognized for providing unique dining experiences, La Mesa has announced the opening of its newest location in the Palms at Town & Country Shopping Plaza in Kendall. Following the success of its first venue in Doral, this opening marks La Mesa’s second location in South Florida, located at 8525 Mills Dr., Suite 307-309, Miami, FL 33183.

La Mesa rapidly became known for providing high-quality Latin cuisine and delicious cocktails in an upbeat atmosphere. The new Kendall spot promises to bring the same high-energy ambiance and exceptional culinary offerings that have made it a go-to destination.

The location, now open, spans 5,000 square feet, and includes an indoor dining room with a stunning bar as well as an outside terrace perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a cocktail.

Designed to transport visitors into the tropics, patrons are surrounded by greenery, floral installments, plush seating, and elegant fixtures. With pops of color including purple, green, and blue, and sleek finishings, the interior was designed so that not only the food and libations exude “flavor.”

The “Cójelo Suave” neon sign, is one of several “instagrammable” photo moments, while there is also a projector and stage where guests will enjoy captivating live entertainment.

The menu features an array of Latin fusion selections by executive chef Luis Moreno, highlighting the bold flavors of Latin cuisine. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch, Chef Moreno has curated dishes to satisfy a variety of palates. Paired will craft signature cocktails, the elevated experience will set La Mesa apart.

The food menu offers original favorites like Masitas de Puerco, (fried pork with a sweet and sour Asian sauce) and Loaded Tostones, topped with grilled “churrasco bites” served with fresh guacamole and authentic pico de gallo.

New additions include Fish and Tostones, featuring fried fish of the day with homemade tostones, citrus slaw, fennel escabeche, and a signature La Mesa sauce, and Plátano Croquetas, maple-glazed bacon, creamy sweet plantains, cotija cheese croquetas with a side of chipotle aioli.

The cocktail menu features original signature cocktails like the Cójelo Suave, which combines vodka, sage, pineapple puree, freshly pressed lime juice, simple syrup, and London Essence tonic water, and the Calientica, a spicy blend of tequila blanco, passion fruit, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, and a splash of prosecco.

Guests also can enjoy new cocktail creations such as the La Mesa Barbie, made with fresh mint leaves, vodka, strawberry lychee syrup, lemon juice, and Fever Tree ginger beer, and the Poblano Sour, featuring mezcal, poblano liquor, sweetened cucumber juice, lime juice, and habanero hellfire. All are available during Happy Hour from 4 to 7 p.m.

La Mesa offers an array of live professional entertainment, including popular Latin bands, fire performers, belly dancers, and a “dinner and show experience.” Extraordinary events will include national headlining performers who will hit the La Mesa stage. This level of entertainment, in addition to delectable Latin food and unique cocktails will create a memorable experience for all who visit.
