SR 836/Dolphin Expressway­­­

Ramp Closure

The entrance ramp to westbound SR 836 from NW 45^th Avenue will be closed for roadway restoration on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night. Drivers should follow posted detour signs. Detours:

Drivers going northbound on NW 45^th Avenue can:

·       Turn left onto NW 15^th Street

·       Turn left onto Perimeter Road

·       Turn left onto NW 57^th Avenue

·       Take entrance to westbound SR 836 on right

Drivers going southbound on NW 45^th Avenue can:

·       Continue southbound on NW 45^th Avenue

·       Turn right onto NW 7^th Street

·       Turn right onto NW 57^th Avenue

·       Take entrance to westbound SR 836 on left

Ramp Closures

The eastbound SR 836 entrance and exit ramps at NW 57^th Avenue will be closed for roadway restoration on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night. Drivers should follow posted detour signs. Detours:

·       Turn right onto Perimeter Road

·       Turn right onto NW 15^th Street

·       Take exit to NW 42^nd Avenue/LeJeune Road on right

·       Turn right onto NW 42^nd Avenue/LeJeune Road

·       Take entrance to MIA on right

·       Stay right to access NW 25^th Street and turn right

·       Continue on NW 25^th Street to access NW 37^th Avenue

·       Turn left onto NW 14^th Street

·       Turn right onto NW 42^nd Avenue/LeJeune Road

·       Take entrance to westbound SR 836 on right

Drivers going southbound on NW 27^th Avenue can:

·       Turn right onto NW 7^th Street

·       Turn right onto NW 42^nd Avenue/LeJeune Road

Ramp Closure

The southbound NW 12^th Drive/NW 45^th Avenue entrance ramp to westbound SR 836 will be closed for roadway restoration on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night. Detours:

Drivers going southbound on NW 45^th Avenue should:

·       Turn right on NW 7^th Street

·       Turn right on NW 57^th Avenue

• Take entrance to westbound SR 836 on left

Drivers going northbound on NW 45^th Avenue should:

·       Turn left onto NW 15^th Street

·       Turn left onto Perimeter Road

·       Turn left on NW 57^th Avenue

• Take entrance to westbound SR 836 on right

Ramp Lane Reduction

The left lane on the westbound SR 836 exit ramp to NW 37^th Avenue will be closed for roadway restoration on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.

Lane Closures

Up to three lanes on eastbound and/or westbound SR 836 between NW 57^th Avenue and NW 27^th Avenue will be closed for striping and painting on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Complete Street Closure

There will be an intermittent complete closure of all lanes on NW 29^th Avenue between NW 14^th Street and NW 13^th Street for painting and roadway restoration on Sunday, December 29, Monday, December 30, Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night and again on Monday, December 30,  Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Drivers should follow posted detour signs. Detours:

Drivers going northbound on NW 29^th Avenue can:

·       Turn right onto NW 11^th Street

·       Turn left onto NW 27^th Avenue

·       Turn left onto NW 14^th Street to access NW 29^th Avenue

Drivers going southbound on NW 29^th Avenue can:

·       Turn right onto NW 13^th Street

·       Turn right onto NW 31^st Avenue

Street Lane Closure

A single lane on northbound and southbound NW 57^th Avenue between Blue Lagoon Drive and Perimeter Road will be closed for paving, roadway and sidewalk restoration onSunday, December 29, Monday, December 30, Thursday, January 2 and again on Friday, January 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

Up to two lanes on northbound and/or southbound NW 42^nd Avenue/LeJeune Road between NW 11^th Street and NW 14^th Street will be intermittently closed for roadway restoration on Sunday, December 29, Monday, December 30, Thursday, January 2 and again on Friday, January 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night and again on Monday, December 30, Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

Up to two lanes on northbound and southbound NW 27^th Avenue between NW 11^th Street and NW 14^th Street will be intermittently closed for roadway restoration on Monday, December 30, Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

Street Lane Closures

Alternating single lanes on northbound and southbound NW 45^th Avenue between NW 12^th Drive and NW 9^th Street for roadway restoration on Monday, December 30, Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

MDX SR 874/Don Shula Expressway

As part of the SR 874 Ramp Connector to the SW 128^th Street project, the following lane closures are scheduled for next week:

Single Lane Closure on SW 128^th Street from SW 137^th Avenue to the Cul-de-Sac at the  east end of SW 128^th Street

Traffic eastbound and westbound on SW 128^th Street will be stopped intermittently by flagging operations from approximately SW 137^th Avenue to east end of 128^th Street, to allow for drainage, utilities work and roadway construction. These intermittent closures will take place on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Single Lane Closure on SW 137^th Avenue from SW 124^th Street to SW 131 Street

One traffic lane of northbound and/or southbound of SW 137^th Avenue will be closed between SW 124^th and SW 131^st Streets, to allow for roadway and signal construction. These closures will take place on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am as needed.

Full Lane Closure of SW 127^th Avenue from SW 127^th Street to SW 130^th Street

SW 127^th Avenue will be fully closed from SW 124^th Street to SW 130^th Street to allow for  roadway and drainage work. This closure will take place Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am and Saturday, January 4 from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

DETOURS:

·       Southbound traffic should turn left on SW 120^th Street to 122^nd Avenue, then turn right to 128^th Street, then turn right to 127^th Avenue.

·       Northbound traffic should turn right at 128^th Street to 122^nd Avenue, then turn left to 120^th Street, then turn left again to 127^th Avenue.

Full Lane Closure of SW 122 Avenue from SW 128^th Street to approximately 200 north of the intersection of SW 122 Avenue and SW 128^th Street

SW 122 Avenue will be fully closed from SW 128^th Street to approximately 200 feet of the intersection of SW 122 Avenue and SW 128^th Street to allow for drainage work.  The closure will take place January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am and Saturday, January 4 from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Properties north of the Intersection will have access at all times.

DETOURS:

·       Southbound traffic on SW 122 Avenue should turn right on SW 120^th Street to 127^th Avenue, then turn left to 128^th Street, then turn left again to 122^nd Avenue.

·       Northbound traffic should turn left at 128^th Street to 127^th Avenue, then turn right and to 120^th Street, and turn right to 122^nd Avenue.

Full Lane closure of SW 128^th Street from SW 122 Avenue to the Cul-de Sac at the east end of SW 128^th Street 

SW 128^th Street will be fully closed from SW 122^nd Avenue to the Cul-de-Sac at the east end of 128^th Street to allow for drainage and utility work. These closures will take placeThursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3 from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am.  Access will be provided at all times to local traffic.
