Craig Zinn Automotive Group (CZAG) recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its newest dealership, Subaru of West Kendall, located at 15200 SW 136 St. The milestone event marked a significant investment in the rapidly growing South Florida community and was attended by local officials, community leaders, and company and factory executives.
Craig Zinn, president and CEO of CZAG, was joined by company executives, including vice president and COO Tony Stampone, corporate sales executive Zachary Zinn, executive vice president and group general manager Patrick Nasto, and vice president of corporate affairs Marc Adler.
The new dealership will feature a state-of-the-art showroom, advanced service center, and a variety of customer-focused amenities all designed to deliver the exceptional Subaru experience that drivers know and trust. Miller Construction Company is serving as the project’s general contractor.
Adding to the significance of the occasion, U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds attended the ceremony and delivered remarks recognizing Craig Zinn Automotive Group’s investment in the region.
Rep. Donalds highlighted the project as a model for how private enterprise can fuel economic development and create meaningful career opportunities for residents, applauding the group’s long-standing commitment to community partnership and workforce growth. Subaru of West Kendall will bring more than 150 new jobs, expand the local tax base, and strengthen CZAG’s ongoing commitment to economic growth and community engagement in the region. This opening will mark CZAG’s eighth dealership, further cementing the group’s leadership in Florida’s automotive landscape.
During the presentation, Craig Zinn shared the inspiration behind his partnership with Subaru, emphasizing the values of the Subaru Love Promise and the impact of the brand’s Share the Love Event. He spoke about why partnering with Subaru was important to him when he originally began the relationship and how giving back has remained central to the group’s mission.
“Subaru of West Kendall represents an exciting new chapter for our team,” Zinn said.
“Subaru’s commitment to quality, safety, and the environment aligns perfectly with our mission to build lasting community connections and deliver an automotive experience rooted in trust and care.”
Expected to open in the first quarter of 2027, the dealership will embody Subaru’s Love Promise — the brand’s pledge to support and engage with local causes, from education and animal welfare to environmental stewardship and community health. In keeping with CZAG’s legacy of community involvement, Subaru of West Kendall will actively participate in philanthropic programs throughout Miami-Dade County.
