Pinecrest Gardens has announced the 2026-27 season lineups for its Jazz, Tropical Nights and intimate Sound Session concert series at the historic Banyan Bowl amphitheater.
The upcoming season features an extraordinary roster of Grammy-winning performers, returning fan favorites, genre-defying artists and a special centennial celebration honoring the 100th birthday of legendary Brazilian composer Antonio Carlos Jobim.

“Most people come to Pinecrest Gardens for the beauty of the landscape, and then they discover live music, art, education, and events happening right alongside it,” said Cristina Blanco, executive director of Pinecrest Gardens. “You can hear a Grammy-winning artist perform under a geodesic dome in a tropical garden – and there’s nowhere else in Miami-Dade that offers that.”
17th annual Jazz at Pinecrest Gardens
Now in its 17th season, Jazz at Pinecrest Gardens has become a longtime cultural staple in South Florida, presenting an exciting range of jazz genres from award-winning, nationally and internationally recognized artists. Coming this fall:
• Allyson Briggs (Fleur Seule) and The Dan Gabel Big Band (Saturday, Nov. 7, 8 p.m.): Opening the season, Allyson Briggs joins forces with legendary Big Band leader Dan Gabel for an evening of Gatsby-era glamour and Great American Songbook standards.
• Allan Harris Sings a Nat King Cole Christmas (Saturday, Dec. 12, 8 p.m.): Brooklyn-born vocalist and guitarist Allan Harris brings his rare vocal mastery to the stage, delivering a soulful and sophisticated evening of Nat King Cole’s holiday classics.
Fifth annual Tropical Nights at Pinecrest Gardens
Returning for its fifth season, the Tropical Nights series celebrates the vibrant rhythms of bossa nova, samba, and Latin grooves. Coming this fall:
• Orquesta La Oferta Honors El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico (Saturday, Dec. 19, 8 p.m.): Orquesta La Oferta brings a joyful, high-energy salsa tribute and Puerto Rican holiday celebration, known as a Parranda Navideña.
Second annual Pinecrest Gardens Sound Session
The second annual Sound Session concerts feature genre-defying performances in the Banyan Bowl. Coming this fall:
• Hazmat Modine (Saturday, Oct. 24, 8:30 p.m.): This collective of musicians brings an electrifying, genre-defying blend of Delta blues, gypsy jazz, and global rhythms to the Banyan Bowl. Guests also can upgrade their night with the UNCORKED! add-on, a pre-show wine tasting stroll through the Gardens starting at 6 p.m.
All concert guests enjoy complimentary parking and are welcome to visit pre-show concession areas for refreshments.
