Paws 4 You hosted its annual Howl-O-Ween Festival on Sunday, Oct. 29, at Pinecrest Gardens. Nearly 3,000 people with their pooches attended the family event that benefitted Paws 4 You, a private nonprofit animal rescue organization working primarily in southern Miami-Dade.
