Terranova Corporation has announced the addition of men’s fashion retailer Romo Italian Designers to the Crossings Shopping Village, 12969 SW 112 St. in Kendall. The long-term 1,020-square-foot deal was brokered by Terranova Commercial associate Daniel Diaz.
Romo Italian Designers brings a fashion forward selection of formalwear suits, ties, slacks, and shoes to the men of West Kendall.
This is Romo Italian Designers first location, but the operator is no stranger to fashion retail. The operator previously managed a men’s fashion house in a neighboring shopping center, but after buying out a partnership, relocated to The Crossings for increased visibility and to continue servicing loyal clientele in the market. Romo Italian Designers was scheduled to open by the end of August.
The Crossings Shopping Village is a high-traffic neighborhood shopping center located at 13017 SW 112 St. The center features a mix of national and local tenants that have been a staple in the community for more than 15 years and include anchor Publix as well as CVS, Blockbuster Video, and Chicken Kitchen.
“Romo Italian Designers will be a great addition to The Crossings Shopping Village,” Diaz said. “The retailer will serve the special-occasion male shopper as well as the everyday businessman adding a few new pieces to his wardrobe.”
