The Contemporary Miami recently commemorated its inaugural anniversary with a festive birthday party, celebrating its first year as suburban Westchester’s premier independent rental community.
Located at 9105 SW 24 St., The Contemporary offers independent living for seniors and an opportunity to enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle with activities and amenities, including a full-service restaurant.
The celebration offered a nonstop party atmosphere with wonderful live music and strolling performers whose energy was contagious as they entertained with juggling and acrobatics. Partygoers were either on the dance floor or joined an energetic conga line that meandered through the crowd.
In Cielo, the community’s onsite restaurant, the culinary team served a delicious buffet of favorites highlighted by cupcake towers and pastelitos. From cotton candy to thirst-quenching shaved ice, compliments of TheKey, a home care company, everyone enjoyed sweet treats as they mingled with friends, posed for caricatures or captured memorable moments in a photo booth.
The Contemporary Miami is an independent luxury senior living community in Westchester.
The community features a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments with modern amenities, community gathering spaces, a restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor lounges and more.
