The Palace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been recognized as one of the nation’s top providers of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, earning a “High Performing” rating in both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care from U.S. News & World Report for 2026. This is the highest rating awarded by the trusted national publication.
This distinction adds to The Palace’s long-standing record of excellence and exceptional resident outcomes. The Palace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a three-time recipient of Florida’s Governor’s Gold Seal Award, making it one of only 11 nursing homes statewide to achieve this prestigious designation. The Center is also Joint Commission Accredited, maintains a Medicare 5-Star rating, and has previously been named the #1 Nursing Home in Florida by U.S. News & World Report.
“This honor speaks to the commitment and compassion our team brings to their work each day,” said Helen Shaham, President of The Palace Group. “We’re proud to celebrate this newest achievement and the dedication of the staff who make it possible.”
The U.S. News rating evaluates more than 15,000 nursing homes nationwide and recognizes those that consistently demonstrate superior performance in quality measures, staffing levels, health inspections and resident care.
The Palace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center continues to uphold the highest standards in skilled nursing, post-hospital rehabilitation and long-term care as part of The Palace Group’s award-winning senior living continuum.
The Palace Nursing & Rehabilitation is located within The Palace at Kendall campus, which includes The Palace Suites for independent living, The Palace Renaissance, offering assisted living and The Palace Royale for catered living.
