Zoo Miami Foundation will be hosting Feast with the Beasts “Rainforest Soiree” on Mar. 7 at Zoo Miami.

The annual fundraiser returns in its 27th year to honor wildlife and tantalize palates with tastes of the most extraordinary dishes created by some of South Florida’s most renowned fine food establishments. The event will benefit Zoo Miami Foundation’s mission to inspire people to preserve nature and motivate others to join in through community engagement, fundraising and building relationships.

Feast with the Beasts’ Main Event returns for 8 to 11 p.m. as one of the best events in Miami featuring tastes from local restaurants and caterers, full open bars by Bacardi, wild animal encounters, live entertainment and a fabulous silent auction with trips, sports memorabilia, and jewelry.

The VIP reception, from 7 to 9 p.m., grants guests access to the pre-party in the VIP lounge, Main Event, VIP area in the main event area, private bars, and exclusive animal encounters.

Participating VIP restaurants include Cry Baby Creamery, Doya, Fogo De Chao, Josh’s Premium Meats, Platea Prime Steakhouse & Ceviche Bar, Smoke & Dough and Taste of Miami from Service Systems Associates. Main Event restaurants and beverage providers include Babe’s Meat & Counter, Bonefish Grill, Cerveceria La Tropical, City Hall Bistro & Martini Bar, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant & Bar, Chick-Fil-A , Craft Standard, Crepemaker, DiCED, Frutero Ice Cream, Golden Rule Seafood, Gulf Stream Brewing, Harvey’s BBQ, Hate Mondays Tavern, IKEA, Kona Big Wave, Lionrush Coffee, Outback Steakhouse, PDQ Chicken, Poki Bowl Kendall, Samurai, Sonia’s Seafood Market & Restaurant, Stella Artois, Surfside Seltzer, Texas Roadhouse, The Berry Farm, Tiagos Tacos and True Food Kitchen.

“We’re so excited to host Feast with the Beasts again at Zoo Miami,” said Jose Romano, ZMF president and CEO. “As one of my personal favorite fundraisers, it’s wonderful to see the community of supporters come together to celebrate wildlife by serving delicious bites and beverages, by donating auction items, through sponsorships and by attending.”

Celebrity judges will be selecting the best food and drink and crown them “The Beast of the Feast.” The judges will be Zoo Miami communications director Ron Magill; former NFL player turned celebrity Food Network chef Eddie Jackson; former professional baseball player, four-time MLB All-Star Mike Lowell, and celebrated Miami-born chef and owner of Eating House and Luca Osteria Giorgio Rapicavoli. Guests in attendance also will be able to vote for their favorites and select the “People’s Choice Award.”

Admission tickets to the Main Event at FWTB are available for $200 and VIP Reception tickets are $500.
