Remy Jacobson hired H3 Hospitality to lease his 4141 North Miami Avenue mixed-use project and H3’s sister company, Gadinsky Real Estate, to develop the project and manage construction. The team has signed their first lease with Z-Dust, Inc. for the entire 4,000 square foot 3rd floor and is negotiating a lease for the entire 6,000 square foot ground floor retail space.
The complete renovation of the three-story 15,900 square foot building will include retail and office space and a rooftop event space. Gadinsky Real Estate is preparing to break ground in the next thirty days and estimates construction will take 15 months. Last month Jacobson secured a $11.925MM million construction loan for the property with Centennial Bank.
Z-Dust Group, Inc. is a collection of companies providing environmental services, earth minerals, and clean burning fuels to reduce emissions within the coal fired power industry. The company has offices around the world.
