Amy Rosen has been named Executive Sales Director for Vi at Aventura. A sales and marketing leader in the senior living industry with more than 20 years of experience, Rosen is responsible for promoting the community to prospective residents and overseeing residential sales.
Rosen draws from her experience in working with both not-for-profit and for-profit companies and specializes in selling rental and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC). Prior to joining Vi, Rosen was the Sales and Marketing Director for River Landing, a Presbyterian Homes Inc. CCRC in North Carolina, where she oversaw the independent living sales of the community, built a substantial waitlist and most recently led a multi-million dollar expansion of its community. Prior to that, she worked for KISCO Senior Living where she served as Sales Director for three of its communities.

Rosen is a transplant from North Carolina where she resided most of her life. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Wake Forest University. In her personal time, Rosen enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickle ball, traveling, cooking and taking long walks with her dog Sadie.
Rosen resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida with her husband and son.
