Many buyers continue to be from the east coast of Florida
#16 Top Selling Master-Planned Community in the United States, Ave Maria, reports more than 5,000 new home sales since inception, with a large portion of new buyers migrating from the east coast of Florida. Sales are reported from four residential builders, Miami-based CC Homes as well as Lennar, Pulte Homes and Del Webb.
The Collier County community also announced the opening of new businesses. Midtown Plaza, a 21,000 square foot commercial center in Ave Maria, is nearing completion, starting with LEDO Pizza, Sunshine Ace Hardware, Dunkin’, Cold Stone Creamery, and Ave Nails. In the first quarter of 2025, the NCH Immediate Care Center and Umami Ave Restaurant also will open.
“As more people buy homes in Ave Maria, the demand for local goods and services increases. Midtown Plaza will help cater to the expanding population. As the town grows, we will continue to work with local and national brands to bring great businesses and providers to Ave Maria residents,” said Cee Cee Marinelli, director of development for Ave Maria.
Ave Maria was created around the values of family, education and community, which continue to serve as the heart of the community today. Buyers are seeking a small-town feel, with all the conveniences that Ave Maria offers. “With a close-knit community, distinctive local businesses, family-oriented amenities, and exceptional education options, we offer the welcoming small-town atmosphere that homebuyers crave,” shared Marinelli.
Over 25 model homes are open daily and offer a variety of condos, villas and single-family homes with prices from the high $200s to $800s. To learn more please visit AveMaria.com.
