Avisha Kassir, Luis Velazquez and Rina Miranda, real estate sales professionals, have joined the Keller Williams Miami Beach Market Center expanding the number of agents in the recently announced new KW Luxury International division of the KW MB office.

Mirielle Enlow, EVP of Operations for KW Miami Beach and former AVP of Marketing at City National Bank was recently hired to launch the new KW Luxury Division and relaunch the KW brand in Miami Beach.  “Mirielle comes with years of experience in the real estate industry, in marketing, in training and motivating teams.  We are so proud to have her at the helm of KW MB,” said David Carlisle, broker and operating partner of KW Miami Beach and Miami Shores.

Avisha is a worldwide marketing prodigy accumulating over $100 Million in sales with her own show on the Home Shopping Network (HSN).  She brought that success and the utilization of digital technology and social media to the real estate market in DC, VA and MD before making the move to South Florida.  Avisha was part of the #1 KW office in Virginia which is also one of the top 20 offices in the US with over $1 Billion in annual sales. (I live in both Miami and in DC. Our Miami Beach office is an extension from DC – helping clients who are looking to invest in Miami Beach since its only 4 hours door to door from DC)

Luis has an extensive background in the New York fashion industry.   Luis spent over a decade bringing systems and models using advanced technology to The Gap, Inc. which removed global growth barriers and lowered operating costs by 15% globally.  Luis’s success utilizing the technology platform for the Gap led him to work directly for the technology provider, Lectra where Luis was the Director of Business Development for North America for the last 4 years until he decided to move to Miami full time and take on the real estate industry.

Rina’s background in the entertainment industry.  Rina spent 20 years in Music and Television including successfully launching the Telemundo Puerto Rico channel in the US market with content only from the Caribbean Island while working for NBCUniversal.  She has also worked for companies such as Cisneros Television Group, DMX Music, and Zumba Fitness; in the latter, managing the development and production of 200+ music products distributed in over 180 countries. Rina is also a talented musician graduated from the University of Miami and performed with renowned Latin singer/songwriter and telenova star, Ricardo Montaner on his world tours in 2007-2010 as the lead tour vocalist.

Keller Williams has put its mark on the real estate industry by offering comprehensive educational resources and technological tools.Gary Keller, founder of KW recently made two major announcements, one that he will be investing an additional $1 billion into KW technology and the other is a new partnership with Zillow allowing ONLY KW agents contact information to be on KW listings.  Other agents can no longer purchase zip codes and be allowed on KW listings.  This is part of fulfilling Keller’s moto of Our Listings, Our Leads.  In 2015, 2016 and 2017 Training Magazine named KW as the No. 1 training organization across all industries in the world.

We are also excited to announce the new KW/Zillow agreement.  At Keller Williams, our agent’s listings can no longer be sold to those agents who pay for Zillow zip code leads.  This partnership is in line with KW’s “your listing, your lead,” philosophy and guarantees that no other agent’s branding, name, photo, contact information and so on will display on any KW listings.


The KW Miami Beach Market Center, located at 1680 Meridian Ave on Miami Beach, was established in 2008 and has 200 associates.   The office also recently added a luxury division for top agents.
