On Friday, October 6, more than 300 real estate professionals gathered at the Faena Forum for the Chamber’s annual Real Estate Luncheon, sponsored by Hotwire Communications. This interactive solution-driven discussion, titled “Next Gen: Miami Beach,” focused on the “Live-Work-Play” phenomenon in Miami Beach.

Led by Avra Jain, CEO of the Vagabond Group, the panel included Andrew Frey, Founder & Principal of Tecela; Della Heiman, Founder of The Wynwood Yard; David Martin, President & Co-Founder of Terra; Daniel O’Connell, Executive Vice President of National Sales at Hotwire Communications; and Sandor Scher, Founder of Claro Development.

“From affordable housing to shifting trends in commercial real estate and generation-based development – the discussion was multilayered and dynamic,” said President and CEO of the Chamber Jerry Libbin.

Prior to the event brokers, agents, designers, developers, architects and other industry professionals networked in the “Hotwire Lounge.” Guests experienced the latest in virtual reality technology and were interviewed on the red carpet.
