The menu at Lique is a Mediterranean-style cuisine with an emphasis on freshly sourced ingredients, exquisite flavor pairings and flawless presentation. The menu features items from an indoor 40-foot ice bar and Robata grill such as Cold Water Main Lobster, carefully prepared rice-less sushi and several types of caviar. Some of the most popular items include Truffle Tuna Roll, Crispy Grilled Octopus and Whole Grilled Branzino.
