Seasoned real estate expert brings management leadership to Florida brokerage in Fort Lauderdale
Douglas Elliman announces today the addition of Cheri- Lynn Diamond as Managing Broker of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office located at 450 East Las Olas Boulevard. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Diamond has extensive knowledge specifically in overseeing training operations for diverse organizations with successful growth rates.
In this position, Diamond will lead the development in Fort Lauderdale of the real estate associates sales team, manage the recruitment of new talent, and establish business development milestones. As the company continues to attract the industry’s top talent and build its presence throughout Florida, She will be focusing on educating and influencing associates on providing the highest level of customer service.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Diamond lead the transition of Weichert Realtors Best Beach Real Estate in Sunny Isles and spearheaded the brokerage to becoming a top office in the franchise under her management, after the first year of the acquisition, the company’s GCI was tripled and by 2015 it had increased by 130%. Throughout her tenure at Weichert Realtors Best Beach Real Estate, Diamond grew the number of agents from 20 to 109, was awarded the national recruiting contest at the brokerage and created training and coaching programs to enhance production.
