City of Miami Beach Cultural Affairs Launches Capacity Building Workshop Series

— Focusing on the Business of the Arts —

The City of Miami Beach Cultural Affairs invites artists, non-profit cultural organizations, event organizers, local business and all other interested individuals to participate in a free Capacity Building Workshop series focusing on the business of the arts. Industry experts and panelists from across the greater Miami area have been assembled to deliver workshops covering a broad range of topics including: strategic partnerships and relationship building, securing national funding, financial management and reporting, board development and recruiting, and event planning. Across the series, attendees will be exposed to new ideas, trends and resources to take back to their organizations.
