New Leadership as Brokerage Expands in Miami Beach adding a Third Office – Home to Top Agents Eloy Carmenate, Mick Duchon and Dina Goldentayer
Douglas Elliman the third largest residential real estate company nationwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Patricia Rotsztain as the new Managing Broker for the firm’s Miami Beach offices. Rotsztain will be assuming the role previously held by Maggie Buck, who has relocated to oversee operations for Douglas Elliman’s first office in Coral Gables.

Under Rotsztain’s leadership, Douglas Elliman is opening a third Miami Beach office as the firm further expands its reach in South Florida. Located at 120 Ocean Drive, South Beach’s newest luxury development, GLASS, the ground retail space will serve as the home to Miami Beach top agents Eloy Carmenate, Mick Duchon and Dina Goldentayer. Designed by renowned Miami architect, Rene Gonzalez, GLASS is comprised of ten full-floor residences – all of which were sold preconstruction by Carmenate and Duchon. The 671 square foot space features warm tones and furnishings, embodying the charm and modern development represented throughout the South of Fifth neighborhood.

With over two decades of experience in Miami real estate, Rotsztain previously served as Principal Broker and owner at Rotsztain & Sulichin, a boutique firm specializing in commercial deals, investment properties, new development sales and luxury residential. During her previous tenure, Rotsztain closed on major deals such as the sale of the Auto Nation Honda dealership, Wynwood properties, Little Havana multifamily buildings and land deals throughout the area. Rotsztain holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a graduate of Harvard’s AMDP (Graduate School of Design). She also served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, and as Governor of the Miami Association of Realtors, comprised of over 50,000 members. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
