Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the third-largest residential real estate brokerage company in the United States, announced today that Monica Venegas has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of International Sales and Development Marketing, along with her dynamic team, known as The Venegas International Group. Monica and her team will be based out of the firm’s 801 Brickell Avenue office in Miami. In her new role, Venegas will focus on leveraging her established contacts in the global market to showcase Elliman’s development marketing portfolio, while at the same time exploiting the firm’s unique alliance with Knight Frank Residential.

Throughout her career of over 25 years, Venegas has orchestrated over $5 billion in sales, while working with the developers of some of the most high-profile luxury properties in South Florida, including the Related Group of Florida, Terra Group, Millennium Partners and Chateau Group, including the exclusive sales & marketing for Fendi Chateau Residences and Chateau Beach.

Notably, as Sales Director for 900 Biscayne Bay, Venegas sold out the 525-residence building.
