With a passion for art, design and philanthropy and a notable background in marketing and real estate, he has been an expert in the Palm Beach market for close to two decades. Mr. Minkoff will work out of Elliman’s Palm Beach Office at 340 Royal Poinciana Way, managed by Don Langdon. Mr. Minkoff brings a very impressive $25 million worth of properties for sale to Elliman.
“I am very excited to join the team at Douglas Elliman,” said Mr. Minkoff. “I have watched the firm’s expansion in Florida and around the country and have been extremely impressed by their dedication to providing both their agents and their clients with the very best in global exposure, technology and marketing. Mr. Minkoff’s career began in New York, where he spent 20 years as a high-profile strategic marketer, working with clients including Tiffany, Polo, The Guggenheim Museum, The Museum of Modern Art, NeXT, and Roche and Amgen, among others. “We could not be happier to have Burt join Douglas Elliman. His well-deserved reputation as a thorough and trusted Palm Beach real estate advisor make him an incredible addition to our firm,” said Don Langdon, Douglas Elliman’s managing broker for Palm Beach, Jupiter and Wellington. “The strength of Douglas Elliman’s national brand recognition and our deep presence in Florida will only enhance his record of success.”
