Dry de Luxe tabs itself “Florida’s premier elite blowdry lounge”. Certainly, it’s not the first…so we wanted to find out how its’ different from the current salons and few blowdry bars already present in the Miami area. We asked Founder and Master Stylist, Fallon Fitzgerald, a 20 year industry veteran: “We didn’t originate the concept, for sure. The industry leader has multiple locations in California and New York, and they generally do things pretty well.
However, instead of just copying them, as other lesser places have done, we’ve come up with our own signature style and feel that is quite different. To be frank, we offer much much more than the industry leader does, or anyone else for that matter. All of our stylists have been through a rigorous bootcamp and are simply faster and better at this than anyone else you’ll encounter.”
In true lounge fashion, Dry de Luxe is open until midnight on the weekends, and always has a lively, social atmosphere. Although they’re open almost 100 hours per week, you’ll always find either Chara or Fallon there to greet you with a warm smile and a complimentary mimosa.
