As Director of Condo-Hotel Operations at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Sutter brings nearly 10 years of experience in hospitality to the resort, including six years of experience at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. In his role at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Mr. Sutter will lead the daily operations of the resort’s two towers, Trésor Tower and Sorrento Tower, as well as building and maintaining relationships with condo-hotel owners and ensuring that the upkeep and operations of the towers continue to run successfully and smoothly.

Sam returns to Fontainebleau Miami Beach after serving as Assistant Director of Rooms at Four Season Resort Orlando where he was responsible for assisting in leading all departments of the Rooms Division. In his position, he also helped the resort achieve AAA Five Diamond status in 2016 and 2017, and implemented curbside check in and mobile/web arrival procedure.
Sutter began his career at Fontainebleau in 2010 as a Front Office Agent and held numerous position as the resort, including Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Manager and Hotel Manager. Playing an integral role as part of the Rooms Division Leadership he most recently held the position of Director of Front Office, where he oversaw all front office operations and implemented mobile check in and check out procedures before temporarily relocating to Orlando in November 2016.
Prior to Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Sam held positions at American Cruise Lines, Emerald Grande Resort and Omni Jacksonville Hotel. Mr. Sutter received his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
