Located in one of our favorite streets on Miami Beach, Pane & Vino is tucked away on Espanola Way. The Italian eatery is a hit with tourists (ranked one of the best restaurants by Yelp!) and go-to for a few locals.. If you can’t afford an Italian getaway this year (I know our rent went up as well), then check out this enchanting little spot. Sicilian born chef GianPaolo Ferrera wants you to feel at home and the service is 5 stars. Their servers will guide you through the menu (and wine menu!) with ease but their isn’t anything I wouldn’t recommend.
Here’s a receipt of their Bologna –Trapani
Ingredients for 4 people:
– 4 portions of fresh tagliolini pasta
– 3 oz sliced green olives
– 3 oz pitted black olives
– 2 diced Heirloom tomatoes
– 1 oz pistachio
– 3 oz canned tuna
– 2 oz extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– Fresh basil
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. In the meantime in a bowl mix all the ingredients except pistachio. When pasta is cooked, strain and place it in cold water taking it out after 1 minute. Mix the pasta with all ingredients and garnish it with chopped pistachio.
