Introducing BoyChoy, a new delivery-only pop-up from the team behind Novikov Miami, now fulfilling orders for premium authentic Chinese food available exclusively via UberEats. Traditional Chinese takeout is now exalted, and at your doorstep in minutes. Enjoy perfectly presented dim sum, and the irresistible combination of sweet, sour, and savory found in dishes like Mongolian Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Ginger Lobster and Peking Duck.
This special menu, a long-term preview of the future stand-alone concept, will give fans (and the uninitiated) an opportunity to enjoy some of the restaurant’s signature flavors along with new choices at home with an attractive price point in the traditional takeout bent. “We created an approachable menu that gives diners the opportunity to have high-quality crave-worthy Chinese food in the comfort of their own homes,” says Novikov Miami partner Philippe Moullet.
Menu options abound including an array of dim sums – scallop and shrimp, pork and kimchi and Novikov Miami signature duck and foie gras siu mai – all priced at $10-$13 for a five piece serving. Soft and pillowy bao buns (priced at $12 for two) come stuffed with roasted duck, soft shell crab and spicy pork while the baby bok choy with crispy pork is a delicious way to add greens to your order.
Rounding out the flavor-forward dishes sure to please on the menu are generously-portioned main courses like Char Sui Pork Ribs, Black Bean Chicken and Thai Black Pepper Beef, priced at $15-$18 with the exception of Peking Duck which is priced at $35.
