Miami-based litigation firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine announces Josh Rubens and Richard Segal have been named partners at the firm. These promotions come at a time when Kluger Kaplan continues to strengthen its base of young leadership, a key priority for the firm as it approaches its sixth-year anniversary.
“Both Josh and Richard have proven they are dedicated to their careers, our firm and our community,” said Founding Member Alan Kluger. “These two attorneys are the youngest to make partner at Kluger Kaplan and that is a direct result of their hard work, consistent success and passion for the law.”
Josh Rubens focuses his practice on commercial litigation and trust and estate litigation. In his commercial litigation practice, Josh represents clients in breach of contract, corporate/partnership, tort, securities, and real estate matters. In his trust and estate litigation practice, Josh represents trustees, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in all aspects of fiduciary litigation. “Kluger Kaplan is a firm driven by the entrepreneurial spirit — where you are rewarded for your hard work and strong results rather than process and protocol,” said Richard Segal. “We have learned from the best working with legal titans like Alan Kluger and Abbey Kaplan, and we look forward to following in their footsteps.”
Rubens received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and organization and management from Emory University, Goizueta Business School. Segal received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan. “We look forward to continued success at Kluger Kaplan and growing our careers with this firm,” said Rubens.
