Bluefin Tuna & Caviar Omakase Experience – June 10, 2022– Featuring freshly imported Japanese Bluefin tuna.  Our 16 course Omakase includes a variety of dishes that pair fresh and dry aged tuna with other delicacies from the land and sea such as Russian Caviar, Uni and Truffles and prepared NOSSA style in front of our guests at the circular sushi bar. Yes, it does include some of our signature NOSSA dishes as well.

Wagyu, Caviar & Truffle Omakase Experience – Saturday, June 18, 2022 – This amazing meal is comprised of award winning Miyazakigyu Japanese Wagyu Beef and prime cuts of Wagyu beef from Hokkaido Japan. This 13-15 course Omakase includes succulent delicacies from the sea, spectacular marbled Wagyu beef aged in-house paired with Russian Caviar and fresh Italian Truffles all prepared NOSSA style in front of our guests at the circular sushi bar.

Summer Nigiri Omakase –  June 1, 2022 – September 30, 2022

This nigiri only curated dining experience features freshly imported Bluefin tuna is offered on select weeknights June through September.  Please check the calendar for dates. This limited, 13 course nigiri and sashimi Omakase includes Bluefin Tuna and other fresh and dry aged fish and seafood delicacies. This lighter version of our standard Omakase experience still delivers the NOSSA speakeasy experience and it is prepared NOSSA style in front of our guests at the circular sushi bar. Yes, it does include a signature NOSSA dish or two.  Sorry No Dietary Restrictions can be accommodated for offering.
