Located on Lincoln Road, Juvia is a rooftop restaurant and lounge with amazing views of Miami Beach. The white interior with purple accents & lush vertical garden fuse modern chic vibes with a trendy elegance that create the perfect setting for a celebration, date night or night out on the town. Chefs Sunny Oh, formerly of Nobu, and Gilles Epie, Michelin Star recipient, create harmonious blends of Asian, South American and French cuisine.
The 2020 menu is $39 and includes a varied selection of appetizers that includes Shrimp Anticucho, Greek Salad and Beef Capaccio; Main dishes on the menu are Zucchini Pasta, Branzino and Lamb Shank; and desserts and desserts are a Mousse amd Tres Leches, among others items.
Normally, you can find Korean marinated short ribs, joue de boeuf and pea risotto on the dinner menu. Dessert are expertly prepared by Chef Gregory Gorreau, a protégé of iconic chefs Alain Ducasse, François Payard, and Daniel Boulud. Their creative cocktail menu makes use of unique and fresh ingredients like ginger shrub, lemongrass and hibiscus.
