Located on Lincoln Road, Juvia is a rooftop restaurant and lounge with amazing views of Miami Beach. The 2020 menu is $39 and includes a varied selection of appetizers that includes Shrimp Anticucho, Greek Salad and Beef Capaccio; Main dishes on the menu are Zucchini Pasta, Branzino and Lamb Shank; and desserts and desserts are a Mousse amd Tres Leches, among others items.
Normally, you can find Korean marinated short ribs, joue de boeuf and pea risotto on the dinner menu. Dessert are expertly prepared by Chef Gregory Gorreau, a protégé of iconic chefs Alain Ducasse, François Payard, and Daniel Boulud.
