Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. has attained prestigious LEED Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council for Gardens at Driftwood, a housing community in Hollywood, Florida. The community was designed to provide exceptional sustainable live-in accommodations to its residents with exterior and interior spaces that enhance the sense of community and environmental awareness. The project was completed for The Gatehouse Group in collaboration with the Hollywood Housing Authority.
