Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Pillar Board Honors Local Heroes

For the seventh consecutive year, the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce (Chamber)’s Pillar Board honored a group of first responders at its Annual Heroes Breakfast on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Tower 41. Presented by City National Bank, this event continues the Chamber’s tradition of recognizing the accomplishments of outstanding individuals doing brave work in the community. This year, the Chamber honored Dr. Ari Ciment from Mount Sinai Medical Center and Miami Beach Commission David Richardson for their work during the pandemic and K-9 Rocky who retired after 13 years of service.

“The Annual Heroes Breakfast is one of the most popular events that the Chamber holds because it’s a community event,” said Pillar Board Chair Seth Feuer. “The business community gathers and celebrates the bravery of individuals who play a critical role in keeping our communities safe.”
