Due to repairs taking place at the Miami Beach Historic City Hall building, the Miami Beach District Court operations are temporarily closed. Customers that need to resolve their court obligations can visit one of our five other district court locations throughout Miami-Dade County. These locations provide accessible services in areas such as marriage licenses, civil and traffic cases, county and criminal matters, as well as parking violations. Additionally, the following locations (Joseph Caleb Center, Hialeah District Court, North Dade Justice Center, and South Dade Justice Center) handle domestic violence case filings and court hearings.
