Home to multiple popular casual-dining household names, Old School Hospitality Group, which includes Quarterdeck Restaurants, Whiskey Neat and Beach Bar at Newport Pier, just launched their first ghost kitchen concept, Phantom Sushi.

The ghost kitchen phenomenon, also known as dark kitchens, are known for not having a kitchen front and helmed at a secret location is a fast growing concept that is taking the restaurant industry by surprise. These dining destinations prepare dishes on their menu that are only available for delivery through the restaurant or third party services.

With a legacy that began in 1966, Old School Hospitality is determined to continue offering the same quality of food and service as they have over the past 55 years with their original concepts as they continue to expand their culinary profile and evolve to stay current with the changing marketplace. Their new ghost kitchen’s menu reflects the group’s niche for fresh and quality seafood with a premier sushi selection and Japanese-inspired dishes all within a price range of $6 to $15. Dishes include the Avocado Shrimp & Crab Salad, Rice Crispy Tuna, Smoke Salmon Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. Diners can order Phantom Sushi’s delicious menu offerings through third party delivery services like Delivery Dudes and UberEats.
