Named the number one brokerage in Miami Dade & Broward County for $1MM homes in 2018, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty marked a record year – with an increase of almost 50% sales volume year over year in markets spanning from Miami and Key Biscayne to Palm Beach and Jupiter.

ONE SIR showcased impressive statistics, far exceeding the overall luxury market; leading 9.02% market share (up from 2017’s market share of 7.10%), leading annual sales volume at $1.36B, and posting an increase of $441MM in sales volume from 2017 to 2018.

Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo with The Waterfront Team took home the title of ONE SIR’s top producing team in 2018, with over $100 million in sales volume. The team closed noteworthy deals including the $16.75 million sale of 6480 Allison Road and the $6.4 million sale of 1833 West 24 Street on Sunset Island III. They were followed by The Alex & Joe Team (#2), Denise Long & Lynda Smith (#3), Allan Kleer & Fabian Garcia Diaz (#4), DND Associates (#5), Viola Kruszelnicki & Adam Kruszelnicki (#6) V.Fisher & J. Aluma Team (#7), The Coto Group (#8) The Jim & Joe Group (#9) and The Lewis Real Estate Team (#10).
