South Beach’s newest intimate dining gem, Primrose, celebrated its official opening on Thursday, June 11. In collaboration with the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, the restaurant hosted a red ribbon ceremony to commemorate its grand opening celebration. Guests poured in to the highly anticipated restaurant located on Collins Avenue, within the distinctive Stiles Hotel.
Primrose treated guests to signature cocktails like the Citrus Elixir, delectable hors d’oeuvres including Thai-Barbeque Salmon and live aerial entertainment from 7 to 9 p.m. The successful grand opening brought out a slew of Miami foodies and socialites alike.
Primrose is characterized by a fusion of Far East Fare, traditional American gastronomies and French cooking techniques. Helmed by Regional Executive Chef Evan Percoco, the restaurant provides patrons with an intimate South Beach dining experience with a rich Art Deco history and blend of international flavors. The divine eatery entices guests with menu creations that combine local ingredients with global techniques. With a Paris meets Pacific Coast attitude, this lavish venue is a soonto- be Miami hot spot. The restaurant hosts happy hour from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
