COCONUT MARTINI
Ingredients
1 1/2 Malibu coconut rum
1 oz. coconut vodka
1/2 oz. coconut milk
1/4 oz. coconut syrup
Splash cream
Shaved roasted coconut on top
For the Coconut gelatin
1 oz. Malibu coconut rum
3/4 pieces of fresh coconut
1.5 gr. Agar
Preparation of Coconut Martini:
Fill the shaker half way with ice cube. Add the ingredients to the shaker. Shake the mixture vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds. Strain the contents of the shaker into chilled Martini glass with Malibu Coconut Rum and fresh coconut gelatin on the bottom. Garnish with roasted coconut and fresh coconut.
Preparation of Malibu Rum and fresh coconut gelatin:
Boil the Malibu rum and the Agar powder together, pour the contents into a Martini glass with pieces of fresh coconut on the bottom. Let it cool down for few minute and is ready to be used.
